There are four steps to the registration process.
Registration 2025

Register your athlete for the 2025 Milton XC Team – click the “BLUE SOMBRERO” button to be directed to the Blue Sombrero website. You will need to create an account before you can register. The cost is $275. $250 for each additional sibling (discount given automatically). Player Pack fee is $100, and Trail Maintenance Fee is $75.

Complete all of the online forms – click the “RANK ONE” button to be directed to the instructions for online forms on Rank One.
Next, click the “Fulton County Forms” button for the Pre-participation Physical Form. All of these forms are required by Fulton County Schools. All forms must be completed and approved by the Milton trainers prior to the first day of practice, July 28th.

Sign up to Volunteer at our team home events. The Milton XC team is a very family-oriented environment and one that exists based on the extensive parent support and involvement. Parents/guardians will be required to sign up for a minimum of one shift at both of our home meets on the MXC course (Time Trials and Invitational). In addition, you are also encouraged to sign up for other events/opportunities throughout the season, such as pasta parties, senior night, intra-squad relay, etc. To sign up for Time Trials click on the “Sign-up Genius” button and we will send the sign up for the Milton Invitational during the season.

Purchase a uniform. Two parts:
- Click the “Uniform Info” button for instructions on how to purchase uniforms.
- Then, click the “Purchase Uniform” button to be directed to the Fulton County Schools OSP website.
New Athletes:
The required uniform is a Singlet and Shorts. Female athletes may choose between shorts or compression shorts. The pricing for the singlet, shorts or compression shorts is $40 per item.
Returning Athletes:
You will not be required to purchase unless you need replacement items or a different size for the 2025 season. The pricing for the singlet, shorts or compression shorts is $40 per item.
Athletes can no longer wear the Under Armour uniforms so please be sure to purchase a team uniform if you do not have one.
All ordered uniform items will be distributed at practice and you will be informed via e-mail of the distribution date in August.
Special note for our female athletes: All female athletes must have or purchase a white racerback sports bra to wear under their uniform singlet for races. You may buy any brand that works best for you from any retailer.
Please note that ALL UNIFORM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
An additional step will be added after July 1st – the $50 Fulton County Participation fee. More details will be emailed once this step is due. If you have additional questions, please email miltonxc@miltonxc.org.

Support MXC through a Corporate or Family Sponsorship! Milton XC is pleased to Announce our Team Sponsorship Packages for 2025-2026!
2025 Sponsorship Funds will be used for trail maintenance, support of the team and upkeep of the MXC sign at the Milton XC start and finish line. There are several sponsorship packages we are offering to corporate sponsors and families to help support this great team. The deadline to submit all forms/payments for Corporate and Large Donor Sponsorships is August 11th.
