Nyah Hernandez has been selected for the 2018 Powerade All-Metro Cross Country Team for her outstanding performances this season. Nyah Hernandez, along with all of the other 41 All-Metro athletes, is now invited to attend the 2018 Powerade All-Metro Cross Country Banquet on December 4, 2018 at the Stave Room in Midtown Atlanta. The banquet will be hosted by Olympian and NBC sportscaster, Carrie Tollefson, who will help celebrate the Atlanta area’s finest young runners. Nyah was also honored with a spot on Team Georgia for the 2018 Footlocker South Cross Country meet held in Charlotte, NC over Thanksgiving weekend. Team Georgia is a team of the top-15 girls in the state, regardless of school classification, that competed in the Championship division of the meet representing the best from the state. Team members received uniforms and a backpack from Mizuno & Atlanta Track Club. CONGRATS Nyah!!
