Now through August 2 – Daily optional summer runs
- Optional daily summer runs started in May and will continue through Sunday August 2 (except for the “dead week” June 28 through July 4).
- The runs are HIGHLY recommended in order to get in shape and acclimate to the heat before practices become mandatory on Monday August 3.
- Make sure to keep track of all the miles you have run this summer in order to get lettering points.
